If you would like to nominate a Leader for LNI please download the Nomination form. If you would like to apply for our next class or know a Leader who would like to apply, please download the application. Once our office receives the nomination form, we will then send out an application packet including the LNI overview and application. With receipt of the application, we will begin the processes of determination and acceptance. If accepted, the applicant will then be sent an acceptance letter with more information needed before placing them in a class.
